첫 판은 직원분이 직접 구워주셔서 편하게 즐길 수 있고, 두 번째 판부터는 직접 구워야 하는 방식. 고기의 퀄리티도 좋았지만, 곁들여 나오는 오징어젓갈과 갈치 속젓이 별미였다. 짭짤하면서도 감칠맛이 돌아서 고기랑 찰떡궁합!
