대학로 마띠에르 방문 후기
Review of Matière in Daehak-ro
오랜만에 대학로에서 카페를 찾다가 마띠에르에 다녀왔다. 맛있는 디저트를 즐길 수 있는 곳이라 기대감이 컸다.
I visited Matière in Daehak-ro while looking for a café after a long time. Since it’s known for its delicious desserts, I had high expectations.

딸기 케이크는 신선한 딸기와 부드러운 크림이 어우러져 달콤하면서도 상큼한 맛이 일품이었다. 스펀지 케이크도 촉촉하고 부드러워 전체적인 밸런스가 훌륭했다.
The strawberry cake had a perfect combination of fresh strawberries and smooth cream, creating a sweet yet refreshing flavor. The sponge cake was moist and soft, making the overall balance excellent.
골드키위 케이크는 일반적인 과일 케이크에서는 보기 드문 조합이었는데, 상큼하면서도 은은한 단맛이 인상적이었다. 키위 특유의 새콤한 맛이 크림과 잘 어우러져 깔끔한 마무리를 선사했다.
The gold kiwi cake was a rare find among fruit cakes, and its tangy yet subtly sweet flavor was impressive. The tartness of the kiwi blended well with the cream, leaving a clean and refreshing aftertaste.
마띠에르 커피는 부드럽고 깊은 풍미가 느껴지는 스타일로, 디저트와 함께 즐기기에 딱 좋았다.
The Matière coffee had a smooth and rich flavor, making it a perfect match for the desserts.
그리고 카페 안에 로스팅 기계가 있는 점이 인상적이었다. 직접 로스팅한 원두를 사용한다는 점에서 신선함이 느껴졌다.
The roasting machine inside the café was impressive. The fact that they roast their own beans added a sense of freshness.
전체적으로 가격대는 조금 있지만, 맛과 커피의 품질이 만족스러워 다시 찾고 싶은 곳!
Although the prices are a bit high, the quality of both the desserts and coffee was satisfying enough to make me want to visit again!
