곱창이 땡겨서 찾아본 황소곱창곱돌이네! 직접 가보니 왜 인기가 많은지 알겠더라고요.
I was craving gopchang (grilled intestines), so I decided to visit Hwangso Gopchang Gopdol-i-ne! After trying it myself, I totally understand why it’s so popular.

별내에 위치한 아담한 곱창집인데, 내부가 깔끔하고 정돈된 느낌이라 좋았어요. 테이블 간 간격도 적당해서 쾌적하게 식사할 수 있었고, 직원분들도 친절하셔서 기분 좋게 식사했습니다.
This cozy gopchang restaurant is located in Byeollae. The interior was clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The tables were spaced just right, making it comfortable to enjoy the meal. Plus, the staff was friendly, which made the experience even better.

🍽 메뉴 & 맛 | Menu & Taste

✅ 소곱창구이 | Grilled Beef Intestines – 곱이 꽉 차 있어서 바삭하면서도 고소한 맛이 일품! 잡내 없이 담백하고, 씹을수록 고소한 풍미가 살아났어요.
The gopchang was packed with rich, flavorful fat, making it crispy on the outside and deliciously savory. It had no unpleasant odor, just pure, nutty goodness that got better with every bite.

✅ 대창구이 | Grilled Beef Large Intestines – 기름기가 많아서 정말 고소하고 촉촉했어요! 겉은 바삭하면서도 속은 부드러워서 씹을수록 진한 풍미가 퍼졌어요. 불 맛까지 더해져서 더 맛있었어요.
The daechang (large intestines) were incredibly rich and buttery! They were crispy on the outside but soft and juicy on the inside, releasing an intense, savory flavor with every bite. The hint of smokiness from the grill made it even better.

✅ 기본으로 나오는 라면 | Complimentary Ramen – 신라면인데 화력이 좋아서 그런지 면이 꼬들꼬들하게 잘 익어서 정말 맛있었어요. 기름기 많은 곱창을 먹고 나서 국물 한 입 하면 딱 깔끔하게 마무리되는 느낌! 기본 제공이라 더 만족스러웠어요.
They serve Shin Ramyun as a complimentary dish, but because of the high heat, the noodles came out perfectly firm and chewy—it was unbelievably good! After eating the rich, fatty gopchang, a sip of the warm broth felt like the perfect way to cleanse the palate. The fact that it was included for free made it even better.

✅ 볶음밥| Fried Rice with Egg – 곱창 먹고 나서 마무리는 역시 볶음밥! 양념이 잘 배어 있어서 고소하고 감칠맛이 끝내줬어요. 특히 계란을 추가해서 볶아주셨는데, 고소함이 배가 돼서 진짜 최고였어요.
The best way to finish a gopchang meal is with fried rice! The seasoning was well-absorbed, giving it an incredible umami-packed flavor. I asked for an extra egg to be mixed in, and that made it even more delicious—the extra richness was just perfect.

가격대는 일반적인 곱창집과 비슷했지만, 신선한 재료와 푸짐한 양을 생각하면 가성비 괜찮다고 느꼈어요. 배부르게 잘 먹었습니다.
The prices were similar to other gopchang places, but considering the freshness and generous portions, I’d say it was worth it. I left feeling completely satisfied!
